This is such a beautiful place to stay. Quiet even though right beside the airport you can't hear the planes take off or land. Super clean, the front desk girls are super sweet.
Only day 1 of being here, but I I can't imagine things changing by the time we leave in 2 days. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile, and the kindest lady checked us in (wish I could remember her name). Our room is awesome! Very clean & modern. We're directly across from the pool (yay) and we can't hear a peep from anyone in there. I'll update again at checkout, but we couldn't be happier with everything & everyone, thus far. Definitely looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning.
Soft sheets. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Good shower head height & water pressure. Good ventilation/exhaust fan in bath. Cons-blackout curtain difficult to operate, short toilet, not enough concrete between floors, could hear movement above us. Breakfast good but even though spot for oatmeal, they didn't have any out.
Everything is great! I just think that employees need to be treated better. The rights one in the right positions & the wrong ones taken out & put back down to their starting- including GMS! The ones who bust their asses are the ones needing promoted and paid not the lazy ones
Was operating as a Hotel should. Clean rooms and lobby. Staff was personable and offered complimentary amenities so we got to try some local craft beers. Location is good if your coming or going from the airport but not too out of the way.
This is EXACTLY how a hotel should be ran! No scams, the pictures on their website matches exactly what you will walk into in real life! This hotel was such a breathe of fresh air after staying at many dumps- very up to date and modern design and furniture in rooms, comfortable, CLEAN, quiet, free breakfast in the morning with a great variety. Hallways are also clean including elevator. I will definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay here!!!!
I love how the people working there are. So nice, helpful and respectful. The breakfast was very good and the gentleman working there was very nice. I'd so come to this place again!
We stay at a lot of Holiday Inn hotels and I was very pleased with this one. The inside and outside of the hotel looks newly redone. The staff at the front desk were very nice and quickly checked us in. There were 2 ladies working up front and we stopped by the desk a couple times and they were very helpful. In fact, they were folding towels as they had time and I was impressed they were not just sitting around waiting for guests. They stayed busy doing work needed by the hotel. I would stay at this hotel again if passing through this area. Room was clean and comfortable!!
